Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tervok Labs ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website at tervoklabs.com and the applications we publish. Where a specific app provides its own privacy notice, that notice governs for that app and supplements this policy.

Information we collect

Our website. We do not require accounts and do not use third-party advertising or analytics. We do not set tracking cookies. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may automatically process limited technical data — such as IP address and standard request logs — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include. Email to our domain is routed and stored through Cloudflare Email Routing and Google (Gmail).

Our apps. Each app describes the data it collects, if any, in its App Store listing and in‑app disclosures. We design our apps to collect as little personal information as possible.

Pixel Escape

Pixel Escape does not require an account, and Tervok Labs does not collect personal information through the game. Your game progress is stored only on your device (and in your device backups); we cannot see it and have no servers that receive it.

Advertising. The game shows optional, player-initiated rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google's advertising SDK may process device information such as IP address (which can estimate a general location), a device advertising identifier, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information. On iOS, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt; you can change this any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In regions where consent is required, the game asks before any ad request is made, and you can revisit that choice from the in-game settings. Purchases. The one-time Supporter Pack is processed entirely by Apple; we receive no payment details. The Supporter Pack removes ads permanently.

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and secure our website.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To build, improve, and support our apps.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as Cloudflare and Google), and only as needed to provide those services — or where required by law.

Cookies and tracking

Our website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Children's privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it. Any app intended for children will comply with applicable requirements (such as COPPA) and will state its specific practices in that app's privacy notice.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, retaining correspondence so we can follow up with you — and then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
